Joel Ortiz

Joel has worked in the industry since he was in high school helping out with painting, siding, roofing, and windows. He even took a drafting class in high school which helped prepare him for his line of work because knowing all that math is a big part of a home renovation. ​ His special certifications and qualifications include being certified with all company representatives from the following: Owens Corning, Velux, CertainTeed and Norandex. He has also spent time working with his foremen in the field with actual on the job experience. Joel has worked with Weathertite Systems, LLC for 20 years and his typical day to day includes reviewing signed contracts, pulling and ordering building permits, ordering material, talking with customers to help schedule work and providing this information and all necessary paperwork to the crews and foremen. He loves how every day is a new adventure with new jobs and new customers. No job is the same as the last and he considers the people he works with to be his family. In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports.
